BYSN MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to collaboratively improve the quality and diversity of services for youth at risk that allows them to develop the academic, work-readiness, life skills and support structure necessary to become self-sufficient adults.

    1. FREE Professional Training Program / 12-week Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Training.

  2. What is the age range of students in this program?

    1. Ages 18-24 years old.

  3. What are the program hours?

    1. Friday’s 9am -12pm; Plus Bunker Hill Community College (BHCC) Classes with varied schedule options.

  4. Do you provide a stipend ($$$) to students in the program?

    1. Yes , students receive a financial stipend. Contact us for more information.

  5. What services do you offer?

    1. Case Management and College Transition. CNA classes, internship, case management, financial education, entrepreneurship training, etc.

  6. What is your BYSN “Special Sauce”?

    1. Free Paid Workforce Training & Certification.

  7. What are some common barriers of youth served?

    1. Young mothers, youth experiencing homelessness, English Language Learners

  8. When can I enroll?

    1. November for February classes, May for September classes.
