Attached, please find the RFP from the Massachusetts Promise Fellowship program, which places highly qualified Americorps Interns in youth serving organizations around the state. Year Up Accepting Applications for March class - Earn While You Learn!

Hurry: Now accepting applications for MARCH class

Year Up is one-year, intensive training and educational program that provides young adults, ages 18-24, with hands-on skill development, college credits and a corporate apprenticeship. Participants focus their study on one of two areas, Investment Operations or Information Technology. Students also develop effective communication, leadership and teamwork skills. They are dually enrolled at Cambridge College and can earn up to 18 college credits while earning an educational stipend! The program is free of cost and students earn money throughout the year.

Crittenton Women's Union Youth GED Open House

Crittenton Women's Union hosting an Open House for their Youth GED program - Fri, 12/5 from 9am-12pm. Interested students should call the inquiry line (857-559-2124) although anyone is welcome to attend. Orientation will be held the following week for a new class. Students must attend both Orientation and Open House to participate in the program. CWU is located at 10 Perthshire Road in Brighton (directions).

Teen Voices magazine is looking for youth interns

Teen Voices is a biannual publication written and edited entirely by and for teenage and young adult women. Teen Voices is committed to providing a forum for girls to share their stories and discuss issues such as diversity, teen motherhood, sex, relationships and women's health. Teenagers in the mentoring program will act as Teen Editors where they learn skills in editing, creative writing, media literacy, technology and social justice while working in an engaging workplace.
