Youth Opportunities Program - Outdoor Trainings for Youth Workers

Appalachian Mountain Club's Youth Opportunities Program (YOP) supports youth workers to get urban and at-risk youth into the outdoors. We do this through trainings, equipment loans, direct service youth adventures, discounts on lodging, and trip planning support.  The Outdoor Leadership Training (OLT) is an experiential, hand-on training that focuses both on technical outdoor skills, and leadership skills.  See below for more details.
