Training - Skills & Strategies for Working with Participants

A course designed for workforce development staff (youth education, training, employment programs) providing direct services and focused on: Assessment, Soft Skills, Case Management and World of Work.

This is a 35 hour training series over nine weeks, starting March 28 and meeting every other Wednesday. This course has been developed particularly for frontline staff in their first year or two in the Massachusetts workforce development system. The course is hands-on adn interactive with three excellent practitioner trainers. Application deadline is March 15, 2007. The flier and application are attached.
