Gang Prevention Workshop

The Washington Street Corridor Weed and Seed Steering Committee invites you to attend a FREE two-day workshop on Gang Prevention on DECEMBER 7-8, 2010, from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. to be held at Corcoran Jennison Companies (Suffolk Room) located at 150 Mount Vernon Street in Boston. The training will be facilitated by the National Crime Prevention Council who has been contracted by the Department of Justice’s Community Capacity Development Office. The event is open to residents, service providers, youth workers, clergy, business owners, law enforcement, neighborhood watch, community groups, educators, social workers, housing managers, and others who serve, operate and/or reside in the Washington Street Corridor, Grove Hall, Roxbury and Jamaica Plain areas of Boston.

There is no cost for this training. It is preferred that participants commit to attending both days of training.
