(Neighborhood Outreach for Inner Street Empowerment)!Youth N.O.I.S.E. is a space for youth to raise concerns about violence in their community and to be heard. At January’s kick-off event, over 100 community youth were joined by Mayor Menino, city councilors, State Representative Jeffrey Sanchez, members of the B-2 Police District and other community members.
