GET SM'ART: Creative Youth Showcase brings 200 youth together for an evening of art and performance

GET SM'ART, a creative youth showcase sponsored by the Boston Youth Service Network, took place on May 19th at Artists for Humanity. Fourteen organizations partnered to put on the showcase and over 200 youth and adults attended and participated. A youth MC hosted a series of performances that included rock and jazz bands, dance and spoken word, and an open mic session closed out the evening. Featured youth work included photography, painting, video, poetry, models, collage. EDCO students facilitated an interactive art mural project.
