The mission of YouthBuild Boston is to improve opportunities for the young people of Boston by teaching skills that will equip them to support themselves and help develop personal and neighborhood responsibility.
YouthBuild Boston offers four programs: the Construction Training Program, the Neighborhood Technology and Training Program, and the After School Program. Construction Training is a program that teaches 18-24 year olds how to renovate abandoned buildings into affordable housing for low-income families. Activities take place at both the school site and the work site.
