Attention Community Organizations! Music Production and Digital Story Classes

Sociedad Latina is offering free Music Production and Digital Story classes to non-profit organizations this summer. The classes will be held Mondays thru Saturdays from 10:00-12:00 and 1:00-3:00. * Each class will hold 8 participants.

 

Music Production:

Learn various aspects of music making, music engineering, lyrics, song and poetry writing, as well as vocal training! Participants will also enrich their computer and literacy skills through Internet research and the use of music technologies such as Reason and Pro Tools.

 

Digital Storytelling:

Learn concepts of story creation, research content on the Internet, develop communication skills, express opinions, write for an audience, create a digital story around an issue. Participants will also increase their computer skills using software that will combine: the use of images and audio.
